After my water flosser of many years died, I ended up returning two replacement flossers (not Waterpik) that had charger failures. This was my third attempt at a suitable replacement and I am glad I purchased it. It works so much better than my old one (which was not a Waterpik) and I love the different accessories. So glad I finally tried Waterpik!
