Had a different brand earlier so something to compare against. I like the nozzle lock much easier to insert and remove.The straw sometimes moves to a point where its against the bottom of the water reservoir so water is restricted. I prefer the charger against the body rather than having a stand. The water reservoir is a little tough to pull out so I don't and hoping it dries well enough every evening.

Nice unit. Comes with a new way to recharge the battery. A bit cumbersome. You have to "stick" the charging unit to the side of the flosser. Needs a lot of space. I prefer the old method even it is wasn't wireless. While it works pretty good the lack of a battery strength indicator is a definite disappointment. You basically find out at the end with nearly not much charge left when a light starts blinking. Otherwise I like this and even bought a second unit for my s/o. The water tank size could possibly be enlarged by a smidgen.

Massive improvement from dental floss

My first water flosser at 73 years. After thoroughly irrigating my bathroom ( :) ) I got co-ordinated enough to water floss my teeth. I am amazed already! Definitely worth the purchase.

I needed a water pick that I could pack up ad travel and asked may dental hygienist to recommend one. She uses a waterpik in the shower.
And just loves it. So I purchased one and now gearing use to using it. ITs easy and lightweight comes with a bag for traveling and I willl definitely pack it up on my nest trip.

Overall, this unit seems well-designed and constructed. I like the textured grip, the quiet operation and the easy-to-adjust rotating tip. The water tank seems undersized, but I just refill it midway through using it, which is easy to do. My main complaint is that the water stream is not very powerful compared to another similar flosser I have used in the past. More power would make it a 5-star device.

This product works well when I can get it positioned and running but I don't care for some aspects of its design. Mainly, I can't figure out how they intended for it to be held, as whichever way I grasp it I end up with my palm or fingers on the buttons and then I inadvertently change the force setting or turn it off when I don't want to. At least I figured out a technique for keeping from spraying water out onto the sink top. Perhaps some better videos or other instructions would be helpful.
