I have been using Waterpik for years and just purchased a new one. Prior to using Waterpik, my gums bled. At every Dental visit my Dentist would tell me that I had bleeding and should get a Waterpik as my manual flossing wasn't good enough. I ended up buying a Waterpik and I have never had a bad check-up since. I love this tool!
Works relatively well and takes up a small area of space but need to sometimes fill up a second time to get a very thorough complete cleanse. It can be tricky at first to keeping the charger on it and often times when cleaning around it, it will be knocked off
Love that I can use this in the shower, need to add more water to complete uppers/lowers, inside and out but that’s an easy fix. Start out on low to medium until you get used to it. Used a string of floss afterward and there was nothing on it, wow. Suggested by my dentist, love it so far.
The water chamber is too small in order to floss front and back of teeth. I have to refill half way through. I had Bitvae Water Dental Flosser, which has a big chamber and multiple options such as jet, massage and floss. I am very disappointed with this waterpik.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Vd64 - We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the WP-580. It's designed small as it is intended for travel or for small spaces. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If you find removing and refilling the reservoir difficult, you may want to consider a counter top model as an alternative. This model carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. For more information, please contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com. Thank you.
