The unit has worked fairly well so far, I was overly concerned with the previous unit that have retained the biofilm and a brownish bacteria in the upper levels, the disinfectant using ultraviolet light would be very much appreciated consider putting that in the next model. When you do that send one over for me to test

A great improvement would be that the straw that draws up the water would move and follow where the water pools up. Because it remains stationary, if you tilt the water pic it sucks air. :(

Hello Smilee- we're so sorry to hear that the pressure settings on the Cordless Advanced 2.0 did not meet your expectations. Our cordless models feature a limited pressure range of 45 PSI-75 PSI. If a unit with lower pressure would work best for you, our countertop models feature a wider pressure range of 10 PSI-100 PSI.
