I've been using it for some time now and it seems to work well. I'm looking forward to my next check up to determine if it's really working.

My oral health and hygiene got better because of this. Pain in my gums and bad breath disappeared. I would brush my teeth first, then floss, then waterpik, then mouthwash. It helps A LOT. Highly recommend.

Great product. The only thing I don't like is that these water piks die out after the warranty expires. This is my 3rd one now and we shall see how long it lasts.

Hello BIG VIN- We’re glad to hear you like the product, but we're sorry to learn it isn't lasting as long as you expected. While it doesn't have an official lifespan, factors such as frequency of use and cleaning can impact its longevity. However, it comes with a two-year warranty and typically outlasts this period. If you encounter any issues with our products, even outside the warranty, please reach out to our customer service team. We’re here to help with any troubleshooting you might need. You can contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or via email at smreviews@waterpik.com.

Insufficient water flow. Need to fill reservoir several times on each use.

Hello Floss- Thank you for your feedback. While the pressure isn't as strong as our countertop models, this compact design is ideal for travel or limited counter space and may require refilling the reservoir multiple times. If you need a larger capacity, a countertop model might be a better fit. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and can help you find a more suitable option. Please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call (800) 525-2774 for assistance.

Easy to use cordless device. This device packs all the power of a traditional corded model in a much smaller space. I love the small brush head that allows you to get very close to the gum line with a softer head.. I am amazed each day on what the tool finds after brushing. I can see improvements in my gums after several weeks of use.
