Tastes exactly like Pepsi with all the sugar. Would prefer Stevia as the sweetener over Sucralose as I believe Stevia is just a bit better for your health. Perhaps a version with no sweetener might be interesting. My only issue with my Sodastream is that the sealing function of the device when a bottle is attached. After a few uses, the seal was never as good as the first time I used it. No matter how I attached the bottle, it didn't seal & I wasted tons of CO2 before I realized I needed to push the bottle against the seal to get it to work properly. This is my biggest complaint. The device is great, but it needs a much better locking mechanism.
