[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Honeywell Bonterra ceiling fan is gorgeous. It is a 52 inch, which offers 5 blades ( black on one side or a rustic brown on the other side). The seeded glass gives it an extra flare which is stunning.
Installation was easy. There are no pull chains on this fan— only the included remote. Light bulbs are included which was a plus for me. Great fan and really quiet, as well.

Great style, good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the style and features of this fan. It uses a remote control that has individual buttons for each speed, a button for dimming lights if you use dimmable bulbs, and even an option set a “Home Shield” mode that triggers the light to go on for 60 minutes at a time up to 5 times a day while you aren’t to simulate someone being there. I’ve never even heard of “variable breeze” mode on a ceiling fan. It changes the speed of the fan to simulate a light breeze. The fan itself is gorgeous! I love the design so much. I like that the glass bulb cover twists into place instead of those annoying twist screws. I think the remote control is pretty cool but I’m still sort of old school which means I’m old and the chances of me losing that thing are getting more frequent which will pretty much render the fan useless. There is no option to install without the remote. Other than that I love the amount of air it pushes. It keeps my bedroom much more comfortable to sleep in.

We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your new ceiling fan! you can control the fan with a light switch, but a wall switch with notches is needed to control the fan speeds. However, we do not recommend using the wall switch when you have the remote installed. The reason is because the wall switch turns the power going to the receiver OFF, and sometimes when that power is cut, it disrupts the sync between the remote and the receiver. In this case, the remote would have to be resynced. Again, we suggest leaving the light switch on at all times and solely operating the fan via the remote. Or, if you would prefer, you can hardwire the ceiling fan (without the remote) and use the wall switch to control the fan settings. It isn't noisy while it is on which is a bonus. It was easy yo instal l even for novice DIYers like me.

The installation was so easy, the package includes everything you need. I love this fan, especially the lights, the remote allows you to turn them on from dim to the brightest bright. The fixture is beautiful! There is absolutely no noise and the fan speed is also variable controlled by the remote. This fan is a wonderful addition to any room

Great ceiling fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the ceiling fan in exchange for a fair and honest review. We were in the market to replace the plain light fixture in my daughter's bedroom with a ceiling fan so this has been a great addition. It's 52 inches wide and about 14 and a half inches tall, so low ceilings might not have great headroom. It comes with a remote which is easier to use than the pull cords, especially for height challenged folks! The blades are reversible and we chose the antique pine. It took about 30 minutes to install. This is super quiet and steady, no weird shaking especially on high speed. Adds a little bit of glam too. Really glad I received this product!

Love this fan

I love the design of the lamp part of the fan, and it’s a great size. We like to have a fan on at night for the noise, and the airflow is just right. I love the convenience of the remote.
