Would be great if it would do downloads crashing

Printer looks nice and came with a nice mouse and keyboard. The computer will not allow anything down download and keeps give an error and freezing down. I have emailed support last week with no response so far. I am hoping they can tell me how to fix it or send a replacement as I have been unable to fully use the PC.

I bought the Shadow 4 for my son as his first gaming PC he absolutely loves it. It has a great design, a very good graphics card and a lot of other features that are honestly gibberish to me. However, when looking for a PC and trying to understand what it was I needed to purchase the technical department was first class! Not only did they take the time to explain everything as well as compare different components and PC’s they also put together 3 lists of all the other accessories needed
(1 excellent 2 great 3 good) to complete a gaming system. Even including links to all the items and a detailed description of what each was and how they worked. I was blown away by this company and the amazing people that work within it!! This place is definitely where you should spend your money when buying a gaming PC
