I've been very pleased with the machine.
However, ensure that you update the drivers when you get this . ALL THE DRIVERs. And by all I mean the motherboard drivers. I had a ton of issues with the computer, but yesterday (yes, 4 months after I bought the computer, might be a little slow here, don't hate) I updated the drivers for the B550Mac board and !BOOM! it works amazingly. Crushing games at 4k and stable as hell.

The pc comes with a keyboard, mouse, a handy small troubleshooting guide, zipties for cable management, as well as a few other odd screws and whatnot if you ever need them.
Runs games like a charm. RGB is easy to control. The pc is easy to set up as well. Keyboard and mouse that come with it are great, and the keyboard has a few RGB options too. Be careful when removing the packaging foam in the pc as to not damage any hardware, particularly the GPU.
Did however arrive with a faulty RAM stick causing BSODs -- support was very easy and fast to talk to, identified the issue immediately with the information I gave, and have sent replacement RAM due to arrive soon. Runs fine with 8gb for the time being, so no biggie.
Overall pretty great!
