I had my previous Airfryer ( a different brand) for 10 years and was weary about trying a new brand, this was far exceeded my expectations, to start with, I had no idea how loud my old one was until this one, it’s so quiet , great size basket and I like all the features , I overall love this and no complaints

Only used once so far and was frustrated by its use. When stopped to flip items, have to reset temp and time again. Took much longer than my previous other brand air fryer for two items tried so far and longer than it said in this models booklet. Will try another item but maybe returning. Like the square pan it uses rather than circular of my old one. only thing so far I like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a litter over a month ago. I noticed a few things I hated right off the bat. There is no pre-heat function so you need to adjust your time and monitor it yourself unless you want to add food to a cold air fryer. The beep noise this thing makes is obnoxiously loud for any button you press. It pierces your ears. Lastly, the unit should return to last used settings upon turning on instead of the default 450 degrees and 20 min. It's not realistic.
Pros are that its easy to clean and the window with light feature.
