Black Crayola XL Project Marker will NOT write on plastic, like a mylar balloon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smears, won't dry.

20 minutes after writing on a poster board (what this is advertised for), the ink wasn't dry and smeared all over. Very disappointed. I wasted a posterboard using this marker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
