Pretty great except!

The auction is great.: and the roller doesn’t end up with hair that needs to be peeled off. I really love it..
I’m not in love with the mechanism of emptying the dirt.. you can’t just pop open the reservoir.. I feel I have to open it completely to peel off nasty dirt from the filter.. every time!!
And I don’t like charging the battery separately from the machine itself. One extra step to get going the next time..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nope..!! BATTERY LIFE (do not buy)

Do not buy this product. I can't even use the thing without waiting and watching this dumb blinking light for the battery to charge. And when it finally does it dies in 5mins on that turbo setting. Fyi its the only setting that actually picks up dirt!!

Don’t Bother, Try Something Else!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but this vacuum was so bad I had to. Unfortunately this vacuum does not pick up…anything! Even fully charged and on the highest setting it just pushed debris around. It was unexpected considering it’s marketed for pet hair clean up. I really enjoy some other products from Bissell so this was disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is not working! It has no suckage!! It rolls up the dog hair on the carpet but won’t suck it up. I have no idea if it’s me or the machine.

Battery Life

I'm not a review writer. I've owned many bissell products in the past and typically like their brand. This vacuums battery life is alot less than described by the manufacturer. There is 3 vacuum power settings when vacuuming. I use the second power setting and can't even make it a full 15 minutes. I've used this vaccum now a dozen times. It cleans well and does a really great job on the third power setting. But do not expect to vacuum more than just a room on the 3rd power setting. Very disappointed.

I only use this on hard flooring (tile, wood) as it doesn't have enough power for rugs - even my area rugs. The convenience of no cord is great, but the lack of power means I still find myself reaching for my old plug-in vacuum. This does work very well for the bathroom floors and kitchen floor. I would love this vacuum if it had more power.
