Just don't waste your time and money

I wish there was no star rating. This is by far the worst vacuum I've ever got; I'm returning it. It makes noise only while just pushes dirt around and good at trapping fur or dirt to it to just dump it all once turned off. Really a bad product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed - gets clogged

I was excited when I purchased this because it’s lightweight and cordless, but it’s almost non-usable. I have a pit pull who doesn’t even have that much hair, but when I vacuum all of the hair/dirt gets clogged/stuck in the stick instead of making it to the filter container. There is no way to empty the hair from the stick/long tube and so after one use I feel it’s not usable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good stick vac, but the battery could last a little bit longer before needing charging and the dust collection chamber can be a little better designed. It seems too small and clogs the filter easily.

Nice little stick vac

This is a nice stick vac for hard flooring. Very light weight and able to do overhead cleaning with the want. Not easy to push on low pile rug so that is why I gave 4 stars. Was able to purchase an extra battery which is nice to have.

Good stick vacuum

I like the vacuum comparatively to other brands. Picks up well with its unique brush design for wood floors. The reason I gave this a 3 is the charging process. 1. you have to remove the battery form the vacuum to charge it. 2. when using the charging station, the mounting of the battery charge indicator faces the wall so you cannot see the charging progress. If this could be charged like others I have had, without removing the battery with clear visibility to the charging status, I would give this a 5
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good price point. Small canister to collect debris, opening from suction to canister gets clogged easily with pet hair before the canister is even full, very short battery life, not great for carpet that isn't super short. Ideal for small places that don't have carpet. Not as advertised for pets or carpet ability. I hope they come out with a longer lasting battery. We bought a second battery to make cleaning more functional.
