Would never buy another Bissell

Terrible vaccuum. Becomes clogged constantly. No suction power. Should've just spent the money and bought a Dyson. Waste of money. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I concur that this is the worse vacuum I have ever owned. We have 2 Golden Retrievers, so pet hair is a constant challenge. Our previous Shark died, and as I was researching, this vacuum interested me. It's my first cordless. Pros It's very lightweight and easy to maneuver Cons I can barely make it through a room without the tubes clogging. The battery ran for about 30 min and now I'm waiting 4 hours for the battery to charge. I will be purchasing another vacuum today. I'm sure this one will come in handy when we need to do a quick clean-up and not very dirty. We will see.

Great Costumer Service

I haven't actually used my vacuum yet, because the one I received doesn't work. However I have called and the customer service workers have been so incredibly helpful getting me what I needed to replace and get to enjoy my vacuum. I think that they have gone above and beyond and I cannot wait to use it when it arrives.

Horrible for pet hair

This is the worst vacuum I have ever had. Pet hair gets stuck in the tube and I have to pick it out in balls. It is horrible! I wish I had never purchased it.

This is my first stick vacuum and I love how it swivels easily into tight spaces. I have 4 cats and the power it has to clean up the cat hair is great. It rolls up into a ball of fur in the canister making it easy to empty. I am having difficulty figuring out how to hold it without putting my figure on the on/off button. The handle isn't wide enough to fit my hand comfortably. The charging time of 4.5 hours is a little much. I would like to have a quicker charge time.

Electrical Problems

After extensive research, I finally decided on the Bissell CleanView Pet 300W. A few days after receiving it, I couldn't get it to change suction settings. I thought I was doing something wrong so I watched YouTube videos and reread the instruction manual. Nothing. That's when I realized I had a faulty vacuum. At random, it would actually change settings when pushed. Fast forward a couple of months and the power button stop working as well. I had to push it repeatedly to turn on/off. Eventually, all the electronics quit working. I contacted Bissell and they informed me they could replace it with a corded, much cheaper vacuum. I already have a corded vacuum so that defeats the purpose. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with Bissell's quality and their ability to replace my machine that was well within the 2 year warranty.

Clogged up instantly with hardly any dog hair in it and nothing else. It looked fabulous, lots of attachments, quality pieces, but when I turned it on my heart sank. Very disappointed. It had no power.

Hi Genie, you have to try the different modes! Press + or - on the screen to adjust the power mode.
This machine has three modes. Standard for quiet operation and long runtime on hard floors. Medium for balanced power and runtime when cleaning carpet and area rugs, and TURBO for maximum suction power. Please reach out anytime if we can help at support.bissell.com.
