[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I kinda like it. But it doesn't stand on it own. When I run it over my rug it's very difficult I have to push it very hard to get it to move ; so I'm not happy that I got it. But I guess I'm stuck with it

Loved until the hose from the head to the stick split open and had to replace after spending so much on the vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched out our larger and louder vacuum for this one. Our cats used to hide for an hour whenever we ran the old vacuum and with this one they kind of just sit and watch. It's been a great purchase, works well, and has been great for not stressing out our cats as much. The battery needs a full recharge between "floors" of our house on the Max setting but gets the whole house done on the Medium and low settings. Great purchase!

There is no need to use the turbo mode for the lower speed setting does the job quite well, The dirt canister is very easy to clean and wash and it's ability to pick up pet hair is superb. I do wish the dirt canister was a tad bigger though.

I also like how easy it is to clean the cannister. I do wish the battery had a higher capacity. One need not use the turbo mode to get outstanding cleaning though...

If I could give zero stars I would. Worked for about 3 weeks then suddenly would not turn on anymore. Performance was subpar when it did work. Definitely will never buy another Bissell product ever again.
