Loved until the hose from the head to the stick split open and had to replace after spending so much on the vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched out our larger and louder vacuum for this one. Our cats used to hide for an hour whenever we ran the old vacuum and with this one they kind of just sit and watch. It's been a great purchase, works well, and has been great for not stressing out our cats as much. The battery needs a full recharge between "floors" of our house on the Max setting but gets the whole house done on the Medium and low settings. Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a number of Bissell vacuums and this unit is the best by far. There is no need to use the turbo mode for the lower speed setting does the job quite well, The dirt canister is very easy to clean and wash and it's ability to pick up pet hair is superb. I do wish the dirt canister was a tad bigger though.

I also like how easy it is to clean the cannister. I do wish the battery had a higher capacity. One need not use the turbo mode to get outstanding cleaning though...

Would never buy another Bissell

Terrible vaccuum. Becomes clogged constantly. No suction power. Should've just spent the money and bought a Dyson. Waste of money. Wish I could give 0 stars.
