Works like it’s supposed to, except Amazon Prime Video has major issues. I don’t like how the mouse makes a tinny sound when used. I don’t like that the usb port is right next to the power socket and when I try to plug the power cord in without looking, I sometimes stick it in the usb port which shuts down the computer. Poor design. If they were going to both be on the same side, the power socket should be first.

It’s nice, I really love the touch screen and how light it is. It hasn’t given me many problems except it doesn’t like to connect to my school WiFi, every other device does so fine but this one has given me an issue in that regard. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for my mother. Unfortunately, it came with a defective wifi card and she can't connect to the Internet. She's elderly and we live states away, so by the time I was able to troubleshoot the issue, it was day 32 and I could no longer return the laptop. Terrible experience. Crap computer. Do not buy if you want to be able to connect to the Internet at all.
