Slow and has difficulty to run software

Oh my God, I loved the appearance of the laptop. It’s so light and looks great, but unfortunately, it was too slow for a brand-new laptop. I felt frustrated trying to run different software. Even Microsoft Teams would suddenly close for no reason and couldn’t process properly.
Also, when the battery ran out and I plugged it in to charge, it took about an hour before I was able to turn it on again. Overall, I was really disappointed with the performance. And wanna return it and don’t recommend

Laptop purchase

Best Buy offered us a credit towards a future purchase. We found a laptop and tired to purchase online. It would not let us had to call Best Buy to get the credit applied. This took 4 phone calls. Finally they apply the credit. Then we are told they have to charge my credit card the credit amount plus the tax
And it will be refunded after verification. We had to call three times to finally get the refund for this

Can't set it up. it freezes

Took me a day and still not set up. It freezes. I will return it right away. We are in 2026 and how can a company produce this kind of laptop that does not even open!

Great light weight Laptop with long battery time

Great purchase. I light weight Laptop for everyday use with long battery time. Only downside is that it is not touchscreen.

Ce portable est vraiment agréable à transporter car il pèse la moitié du poids de ses concurrents. Par contre, le processeur Snapdragon offre une compatibilité limitée avec les applications spécialisées et malheureusement pose aussi des problèmes avec la suite Office 365.

Second one worked great

The ordering process and delivery went really well. Unfortunately the first unit we received locked up during some software updates, I suspect a BIOS update. Totally bricked it. Returned it to Bestbuy and had a new one delivered. The setup and update of this one went well and the computer has been great. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the glitch with the first one.
