Beautiful sideboard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t even begin to express how happy I was when I was selected for this campaign. I had been looking for a sideboard like this for a while, but couldn’t really find what I needed. I wanted something that would facilitate organization in my small apartment, but would also look modern. This sideboard is great. It is very spacious, well made, and incredibly beautiful. It’s definitely not your common box store’s furniture, it’s super sturdy. It was quite easy to put together (I did it by myself, in one evening), and I love the size of it. I most certainly recommend it.

Looks great, long assembly time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been mostly happy with the Teamson Home Potomac Sideboard, with a few caveats. Visually, it’s a standout piece, especially if you lean toward Art Deco or boho-inspired styling. The espresso finish pairs beautifully with my other dark brown furniture, and once assembled, it looks amazing! It’s a very solid, substantial piece: The sideboard is heavy, made from dense MDF with somewhat thin wood veneers, and it feels stable and planted in the room.
Assembly, however, was a mixed experience. It took me about two hours, and while the instructions were clear and logically laid out, tightening what felt like endless bolts with the included Allen wrench got old quickly. I’d strongly recommend using a driver with an Allen bit. I was also a bit disappointed by how easily some of the veneer scratched during assembly, particularly around the corners, despite being careful.
Functionally, most of it works well, but the top drawer sticks when opening and closing, which was frustrating given the time spent assembling it. Overall, it’s a very attractive piece that looks fantastic in my bedroom, but the assembly process and veneer durability leave something to be desired.
