Strange smell

I see this fragrance gets rave reviews but for whatever reason it was not an appealing fragrance to me. The lemon was not crisp and smelled spoiled. Would not buy again.

I really like the fragrances…

I really like the fragrances… but I am disappointed in my diffuser… it went offline, and I have been unable to reset it… I have tried several times and have had my daughter try as well… so it sits unused….I cannot find any way to actually contact someone to discuss the issue.
