Totally useless as a laptop. Apps don't work on it

I purchased this when my previous chromebook started acting up, it was several years old. This was super easy to get started on and fast, my only problem is twice already it has frozen with a blank screen and I had to reset it, hopefully that will not continue to be an issue

Overall, the only hiccup I've run into is the power button sometimes requires two or three attempts to actually power the unit on. Aside from that, everything is just as expected.
