We were buying 15 gallons of distilled water a week. So horrible for environment. All that plastic. We love our AquaTru. So happy I invested in this.

I have a question, why is the nos. 1 and 2 that cycles through regeneration lights up at the same time after I changed the pre filter. It used to be the cycle started at 1 then 2 and so on but now 1and 2 lights at the same time during regeneration. Thanks.

I love the taste of the water and obviously knowing that it's been filtered of PFAS. The machine is a teeny bit complicated to set up, but it is easier to use than I expected.

This system is fantastic for a countertop purifier. The only downside is the amount of waste water. I use it for plants and gardening.

I’m constantly cleaning and filling up the tank. I didn’t realize that only a portion of the water is filtered so you get less than a gallon. Cleaning and filling cleaning and filling is now part of my day and I’m returning this thing.

In my opinion, AquaTru Connect provides water that is clean and has a good taste. My only complaint is that the WiFi doesn't work.
