Hard to clean this product every week its a mission for sure with a sponge and soap. Sometimes the water tastes a bit weird and I wish that the tank was bigger. Other than that I love this thing and love that my water is much cleaner than plastic bottled water and tap water is gross.

It's great. The best option

It's great. The best option I could find for on demand water without wasting money and getting buried in plastic bottles. Yields very pure and good tasting water. The dispenser is high flow rate which is a big plus for me. Only downside is the dispenser can be leaky which can be a bit annoying. Also, I wish it were a little quieter for the ~10 minutes it takes to filter a new tank, but nothing I can't live with.
