Filters are way too expensive!

I liked using the Aqua tru but unfortunately I have hard water and need to change the filters more often then recommend. The filters are much too expensive so unfortunately I can't afford to keep using the purifier.

Love the taste

I love the ease of use. I went with upgraded filter that adds minerals back in. It was worth every penny. I have an entire house filter but not as effective at removing chlorine and chloramines as this reverse osmosis. I notice algae growing when I discard the waste water is glass jars to water the garden, and save the water for a few days. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to clean their water supply.

Great Tasting

It’s a great machine that removes a lot of tap water chemicals & toxins. I’ve been using since they introduced this item. The only downsides of this machine that I feel should be looked into is a bigger capacity water container. It’s costly enough that you need to buy a additional pitcher just to maintain for drinkable water especially with big families. And the other is when you wash the unit if it’s not totally dry it will not got through a cycle of water. It’s frustrating to have to wait unless you get it completely dry.

Hard to clean this product every week its a mission for sure with a sponge and soap. Sometimes the water tastes a bit weird and I wish that the tank was bigger. Other than that I love this thing and love that my water is much cleaner than plastic bottled water and tap water is gross.
