Taste great

I was using a different water filter and decided to try this one and let me say you can really taste the difference the water taste so much better which means you drink so much more water. And just a side note water will make me cough but this does not do I know it is good to drink

This was such an easy set up. It’s literally plug and play. I clean it weekly as recommended but it’s as easy as washing a dish. No tricks to it

Every time I clean this product I have a Terriable time getting it to operate again. I have a hairdryer to dry the bottom part sometimes it works and sometimes not., I am frustrated today, ready to throw it out,

Well it purifies water but...

Otherwise, it' one of the worst designed products I've ever purchased. I live in an apartment and wanted to put this on my counter under cabinets. Few design notes on a product that somehow hasn't been refreshed for years and I should've realized before buying:
- Horrible shape. Adding a triangle-like appliance to limited counter space is annoying and doesn't provide any benefit.
- Tap Water tank is awful. Requires two hands to remove when they could just have a strap/handle on the back to make it easier. Instead, the handle is INSIDE the tank. While its helpful when filling it up due to the weight, you still end up sitting it on a surface because it takes a while to refill. Then when putting it back, its awkward because water is sloshing everywhere if you aren't careful.
- Clean water tank is tiny. I get it. The water produced is less than the water input. But can there be bigger tanks? I drink a lot of water myself and could imagine a family really using this unless it's just to get a passing glass of water but the amount of work (especially with the design) is just not worth it. Need a higher level of this product that yields more even if its bigger.
- It senses that a new tank is attached but you have to turn it off manually until youre ready for the next batch if you think the clean water will sit for a while. I let it sit for a couple hours because I was busy and it started running again with the waste water still in the tank. Not sure if thats harmful but need a better solution for either not doing that until more water is added.
- App.... idk I didn't install it with the wifi. If I have this bad of an impression of one of their biggest products, I'm not putting that questionable app on my phone.

I love it! Simple to use! Crystal clear and great tasting water! I love the convenience of pressing the blue button to pour water directly from the container! What a great idea! I also store cold water in the fridge. I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Love the Water, but..

We love how the water tastes, but the refillable tank with the handle “inside” the tank is NOT convenient. We also have had problems with leakage, but realized we need to make sure the tanks are properly seated to prevent this.
