I purchased this to keep from constantly buying cases of water. Save’s money. Received it within a week after purchasing it. Well packaged, no damages, and the water tastes good. Although it’s just me, I’m constantly having to clean and refill it. I drink a lot of water. Tank is smaller than I thought.

Bought for our son who lives in a PFAS contaminated area. After initial use it’s been easy. Initial use is tough, to be honest. Took removing & replacing filtered water reservoir no less than 8 times to keep the system running. Since then it’s been flawless. Water tastes great, I’m told. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Highly recommend this product

We own our own home but did not want to drill a hole in our granite for an under-counter system so after hours of research we settled on trying this one mostly due to their public testing and reporting (our water has high radium). It is so easy to use and the water tastes like good bottled water did not get the alkaline filter, I don’t care for the aftertaste it leaves).

I really like this neat purifier, the only thing I don’t like is that when it stops there is a lot of waste on water, why can’t it waste less?

I've had my purifier for about a week now and I am impressed at how much better my water tastes. It's incredible! I like the unit a lot. The only down side is moving it around to get to the water tank when refilling. I know I could be a slider thingy, but they should build that into the unit (IMHO). I highly recommend this purifier!

We have been using the counter top filter for a week now and so far it is well liked by the entire family. I was a little surprised with how big it was when it arrived and the triangular shape was kind of interesting to get used to, but now that we have moved it around a couple times we have found a good place for it. I will be ordering the sliding plate today to make it easier to move on the counter. Overall, pleased without our purchase.
