I have been using AquaTru water purifiers for over 4 years and I have never had a problem. They produce gallon after gallon the best water that I have ever tasted with minimal effort. Change the filters, descale & wash the water tanks regularly and that it.

Water tastes great, features could be better

I love the fresh water it’s amazing. However, the design of the tank could be a little better - it’s a bit wasteful to not utilize all of the water that is put into it, I dump about 1/5 of the tank after each refill. The spout could be raised slightly higher too, I can only fit certain side cups underneath it without having to pull the system to the edge of the counter. I do love the quickness of the filtration and the filter system rocks.

I like what the aquatru will do for my health. I was a little surprised how much countertop it does take. Also, I don't think the water tastes that much different than the one filter system I have used for years. We will just have to see how much healthier I feel after a while.
