Sorry, I had to return it because it doesn't make sense to me to purify the water so well, but to end up collecting it in plastic containers. I will buy the carafe. That is made with glass.

I love the taste and simplicity but it does seem like there is a lot of waste water. It is too small for an active family of 4 but it serves our purposes to have clean fresh drinking water dispensed quickly. Overall, we love it!

I love this device it’s very convenient BUT, I’m not sure why the water tastes like fishy algae flavor! It’s sooo gross and can’t understand why other than the fact that we use well water? Or maybe because of the mineral boost? I just put a lemon wedge in my cup every time I drink this water to get rid of that fishy flavor.
