Love this product! We researched a lot and finally came up with this one and it really is a winner. The water taste good and it’s easy to manipulate.

Everything has been fine except

Everything has been fine except the spout, it leaks every where whenever handling the dispenser tub or pouring a gas and use the slide rack, it drips water all over the counter.
