User friendly and perfect for apartment living!

We are so happy with this countertop RO system! We recently relocated to an area where the water quality is terrible and I wanted to make sure we had clean water to drink, especially our toddler. Since we live in an apartment, the plumbed in RO systems were not an option. AquaTru is compact and user friendly and in two months it has worked perfect. Whenever I dump the tap water tank after its been filtered I can smell all of the chemicals that have been filtered out of the water and the filtered water tastes great! Yes, its a big purchase but when you take into account that bottled water costs so much more, not to mention the hassle of storing and hauling it, AquaTru is a more cost effective option. I'm so happy we bought this.

The filtration system functions properly and is fairly easy to maintain. The water tastes great and the quality of the filtration system gives me peace of mind since my family drinks so much water. The footprint is a little awkward and doesn't fit great on the counter but it's an important luxury, to me, so we make it work. We actually got a little counter height table and gave the Aquatru it's own little space at the end of the counter. If it's in your budget and you have the space, it seems like a no brainer.

Easy to use and makes tap water taste great. It removes minerals so my coffee pot and tea kettle stay clean and coffee tastes so much better.

Love the fact that I can't taste any chemicals in the water. There's no film on top when I make tea. I started buying bottles water a few years ago because I couldn't stand the taste or the smell of tap water. It was getting so expensive and when I didn't have the money for bottled water I'd drink tap water. The tap water would mess with my stomach and I'd be in the bathroom. So glad I don't have to do that anymore. Went on vacation to visit our youngest son and took it with us. So glad it's easy to travel with. Thankyou!

This product is easy to use and delivers. I have well water but this product makes it taste perfect. I make batches of it and put it in glass bottles in the fridge so it is easy to take on the go. I have not had any problems with using the machine and would recommend it to anyone who wants quality water.

Great tasting water but....

I wish the canister held more water. I find myself having to “make” new water every day because we are a family of 4 and we drink a lot of water. I now make 2 canisters at a time and I fill a jug with the second batch so I don’t have to make it everyday. The water tastes wonderful and the SMELL of the leftover water in the back canister is just awful. I can’t believe we were drinking that!!! I really love the AquaTru and I hope that the filters last even though we use it soooo much! It’s a good affordable option to getting an RO system which we just could not afford.

I rarely post reviews but sooo glad I bought machine & glad it had payment plan. I clean the post filtered water container weekly as advised on the label, but I had not been cleaning the pre/non-filtered water tank since it seemed I don’t have to regularly...well, after 2 months of use, I decided to clean it with a wet paper towel & a little dishwashing liquid. Towel looked brown/rusty after cleaning! So glad I’m not drinking all that dirt or whatever is in the pre-filtered water...which by the way “looks” clear! Post filtered water is definitely crystal clear. I only wish the water tank/containers were larger - so I’m glad I had bought an extra container so I could filter water every other day instead of daily.

Quality water purifier

Haven’t had a chance to use it when it arrived. Just started using the Aquatru last month. So far,it delivers what it advertise in terms of quality. It’s simple to use. I just wish I purchase extra filters when I bought it. At that time,I was not sure if it works for me but now,I am convince. Reverse osmosis is the best and with 4 types of filter,you can’t beat that!. One thing,I wish the company sells larger version. I will be purchasing several for gifts this Christmas. Maybe the company will have discounts. . that will be very nice. Thank you.
