Easy to use and fits on counter top. The water tastes “light” and “good”. I have confidence in it b/c of the reverse osmosis.

If there was one thing i could change about the unit is that i would make the throat height of the of the unit a little larger so that I could fit a larger cup underneath, As it is now when I want to fill a reusable bottle i have to fill a smaller cup multiple time and pour it into the larger container

Love the system

Anyone who knows me knows how picky I am about my Water. I love everything about this system. Water taste great, easy to use, doesn't take up much space, inexpensive machine and filters, seems small but I wouldn't want it any larger, I filters Water fast enough that I am never without.

I’m so pleased with my AquaTru water filter. Highly recommend it! Every time I serve myself I know I’m drinking clean, healthy water! I wasn’t sure about spending that much for a water filter. After researching your product as well as others and having my doctor recommend AquaTru, I decided to invest in my health and make the purchase. Wise investment on my part!

Great machine, horrible taste

Machine works easily and well, simple to maintain. I've only used mine a handful of times though in the months I've owned it because it makes my sweet, delicious, deep well water taste like vinegar. So I only use the output demineralized water in my household steamers, steam irons, and at least I don't have to buy distilled water for them. I know it works well and the safety is very attractive (removal of toxins, drug residues, chemicals, etc.,) but I just can't drink the stuff. Merchant response to my review indicates the machine is not recommended for use with well water. I have not seen that in materials that encouraged me to purchase the unit. As a result I may well take advantage of the offered refund if a few more filtration cycles fail to yield tolerably tasty water for drinking, coffee, tea.

It seems to always have one residual drip- even if I wait. I guess I feel safer. I probably should have bought the trace minerals, let me know if they go on sale.

So pleased that this product lived up to its claims. Not a challenge to assemble, easy to use, and best of all, the water tastes so good. I had been concerned about the frequency of filter change but I've had the unit since February and even with daily use I have not been required to change the filters yet. The only con is that I can't fit it under my kitchen cabinets. Small inconvenience compared to the benefits.
