We love the AquaTru! We no longer buy bottled water with all the excess of plastic bottles. My teenager loves the taste of the water so our water consumption has remained high. I know that I am providing quality water for my family and am doing something positive for the environment at the same time.
Haven't needed any customer service, so can't rate it. Got a $150 discount through outside referral. So can't beat the price. It has performed well so far. Only had it a few months. Don't remember exactly when, so guessing at month, below. Have not yet changed any filters. Only one person using water, (me) so filters should last a long time. I usually drink about 2 fill-ups/day of water. Taste is fine.
I love the machine and the water tastes great! I tried 2 other systems from other companies and was not impressed at all. My only complaint is that a good amount of water keeps coming out after I have filled a glass or bottle. Also when the water first comes out the stream is fast and hard so between those two complaints, a lot of water ends up on my floor. That being said, I would buy the machine all over again. I really love it.

I am satisfied but concerned as there is information out that our area had covered a Uranium bed. How do we find the truth and what to do if their is a fadon problem? A number of children in the area have Cancer and it's a small town not far from Pittsburgh.
