Love it so far it's been great saved a lot of money on bottled water I'm glad I'm not using so much plastic

This thing leaks. It pops off during its filling process. Has ruined the Cabinetry because it was leaking without my knowledge.

I bought it for my daughter and son In law who live in Florida where the water tastes terrible. They are thrilled with it. I’ve had one for over 10 years and swear by it!

Should have gotten the carafe

Still a 5 star. I wish I would have gotten the carafe model and an extra carafe so at least one is chilled.
I am finding the classic heavy and awkward to manuver into the refrigerator and pouring out of into another container.
I used a Britta for years. I like knowing the bad chemicals are filtered out and dumped down the drain. It didn't take long to adjust to the lack of chemical smell and taste tainting my beverages. Tea is a new treasure.

It still won’t start and

It still won’t start and stay on. I plug it in to here’s light goes on for a second goes off. Then it he unit seems dead. Is there something I’m not doing? Do the containers need to be filled with water for the unit to stay on?

I love it so much, no only source of water I love to drink from. You can taste the difference from faucet water to AquaTru! 10/10 recommend to my family and friends
