Can't be without this

Have had one close to when they first came out. It was starting to display some power issues that initailly I could not seem to resolve (finally figured it out and it is running fine now) but bought a spare just in case. This filter is amazing.

Filters great but leaks

The filtered water tastes great but the spout where you get the water out leaks really bad after each use. Very disappointing since we haven’t had it even a year!

I really love this water filter. I have the piece that remineralizes and the water tastes absolutely great. I've had it now for about 10 months and it's a great workhorse. My biggest issue is that on occasion water leaks from The filling tank all over my counter. Every time I refill it I am sure to make sure that it's fully settled into the base but no matter what on occasion it's still leaks. I appreciate the size given that my kitchen is pretty small but I would love it if the water tank was bigger. But I know that's a balance between being too bulky and being perfect for the counter.
All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and absolutely would purchase it again. I've saved so much money on water but also ensured that I get the minerals that I need and no extra microplastics from the bottles.

I love the taste of the water and obviously knowing that it's been filtered of PFAS. The machine is a teeny bit complicated to set up, but it is easier to use than I expected.

Odd size and not much capacity

I don’t like the space it takes up on my countertop and in the fridge. The weird shape doesn’t help.
