Very disappointed!!

I purchased this product for my son to use on his Yoga 910 that he purchased for college. It will not play DVD's. The software only allows for burning disks even though this was the recommended item for burning AND playing DVDs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was pretty cheaper than expected and I was waiting to see what exactly I bought that cheap. I can't complain because it is doing exactly what it said it was going to be doing.

Purchased a Yoga 910 and bought this to go with it. Hooked it up, loaded the software from the included disk, all looked well. Tried to play a DVD this morning only to discover that it doesn't work. The "PLAY" menu item is missing and the help for the software tells me that, depending on what version of the software I have, all menu options might not be available. What the heck? Bought this specifically to play DVDs, and the Lenovo website says "Have access to your disks when you need it." Well, I don't have access. Geesh!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
