[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was simple - from removing the components out of the box to setting up to using the computer - the process was quick and easy. I love that "bloatware" is optional rather than already installed. The matte screen eliminates glare and that is a must for my eyes. I ordered an external DVD drive from Lenovo right away at a good price and it arrived quickly. I've been using the computer for about a month now and love the speed and functionality so far. I have had no trouble and no need for support. I am a very happy customer!
