My laptop arrived when promised and in excellent condition. Set up was pretty straight forward. Battery life between charges seems very good, although I only use the computer for personal use. After 3 weeks of using this computer I am very pleased with the machine.

I love the new battery health features included. Not only can I limit battery charging to 80% which my previous HP laptop had too, but I no longer have to worry about leaving my laptop plugged into the dock even after the battery charge has reached 80%. It'll stop charging and basically take the battery out of the equation, powering the laptop directly from the power cord. NICE!!! The 17" screen is bright and vibrant, working well even outside, and the included nVidia card is great for when I'm docked to my big 27" gaming monitor.
One thing I'd like to see is the ability to unlock the advanced BIOS settings on this laptop. I was unable to utilize certain features of the (business level) 280W dock because I couldn't get access to that, so I ended up downgrading to the 180W model. (I had even tried all the reddit suggestions to try to unlock it to no avail.)

Recently retired, my firm laptop was a business HP. I never had any issues with it so I decided to buy one for my personal use. I don’t use it often, but it was super easy to set up and connect to our WiFi. I believe it will be great for many years to come. It’s fast and does more than I need. At this point, I can highly recommend.
