I love the low profile, compact and sturdy design. It digs well even in rocky Tejas soil!
My favorite feature is that you can bust it out James Bond style if you get the movement down.
Seriously, great folding shovel, I haven't tried the pick yet but I assume it is equally awesome.

Bought this over the summer with the intention of using it mainly at the beach to dig "bathtubs" for my kids. I love how portable and lightweight it is, while also providing plenty of heft and just a sturdy feeling in your hands.
However, I've found the sand and saltwater probably aren't the best for this shovel, though repeatedly oiling it does help.
Nevertheless, I'll still give this 5 stars as sandy beaches aren't exactly what this tool was built for and yet it is still standing up to this job.

I have this strapped to the rack of my ATV. It works great to get the tires out of the suction of deep mud when I get stuck. Serrated edge needed some sharpening to be useful but that was easy. After it is unfolded and the fasteners are secured, it makes a very nice and solid shovel.

I bought this product about two months ago. It works amazingly. The only thing I had to do outside of the box was tighten the bolts because the bolts were a little loose. The saw is also not so good. I filed down the saw to make it sharper.
