Interface is good but doesn't perform as well as competitors. 2 examples: 1) face recognition - it doesn't work all of the time, in fact it seems to work about 50% or 60% of the time. 2) double tapping to wake the phone - doesn't work all the time either.

If your phone isn't unlocking with your face, consider the following tips: be in a well-lit area so the device can see you clearly, and minimize obstructions on your face, such as glasses or a mask. If you're using a third-party screen protector, the response to screen taps might be slightly slower due to touch sensitivity, but this shouldn't be significant.
