Confusing Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to use my Samsung phone everyday for looking things up, homework, send things to the printer but there is one feature that I've had issues with voice command. When I say hey bixby it doesn't work so I use Google but it opens whenever it wants too.
