NOT for pet hair

I bought this robot vacuum in May 2026 because it was advertised as good for pet hair. This vacuum is terrible for dog hair. The problem is that the onboard storage bin is very small and the port from the roller to the storage bin is very small. As a result, the vacuum gets clogged with hair and clumps of hair are left on the carpet. The suction from the base unit to the vacuum does not clear all of the hair from the vacuum. After every run of the. vacuum I have to clean hair from the rollers and port. Cleaning the vacuums onboard filter is very messy.

hardly pics up anything especially on the carpet. Whenever I use it I have to go back and use a regular vacuum. I rarely use it because its a waste of time. Sooo disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WAS great!

I’ve had this for almost a year, and it was great up until 6 months ago. It randomly just stops working, mid clean. I’ve replaced all filters, rolls, and brushes, and it constantly gives me an error about half the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not quite as good as doing it myself but!

Still happy with it but wish it would do a better job of vacuuming. If I pass a vacuum cleaner after It I still get quite a bit of dirt. Better than having to do it myself everytime.
