Love the sleek design - but pot LEAKS

Love this pot - but after a few uses the pot started to leak. We cannot figure out why. So disappointing. The coffee stays hot for 4 hours which is great. But the leaky pot makes me crazy. No happy. Will be looking for something new.

So far is hot enough

I like the aesthetic, easy to use so far, seems a little difficult to use the water filter, it doesn’t quite stay snapped in place as it should. The bold setting is bold so be prepared.

The heat plate does not stay warm to keep your coffee hot after brewing, yes the keep warm is no and doesn't work!
