Filter does not lock into water reservoir. Plate does not keep coffee warm even when turned up to highest setting. :(

I’ve only owned it for a couple weeks. So far, it’s been great! I bought it to replace my Keurig coffee machine. My husband and I prefer very strong coffee and this machine has delivered on that. I hope it lasts longer than my Keurig did.
