[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered it for my son who thinks it is very comfortable. I tried it myself and will also probably buy one for myself. Despite our height difference, it seems to work well for both of us. Have had it for 15 days so far.
Very comfortable yet great for smaller spaces (still full size tho so measure if your space is tight). I don’t think the comfort and functionality can be beat for the price. Very happy overall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a perfectly fine chair, not worth the price tag in my opinion. It gives the impression that it’s going to loosen up and feel sloppy in no time. The seat is very comfortable, the arm rests have enough adjustment to be useful for when I need to change my wrist positions. I do find the armrests to be a little hard, but I’m a small dude so I’m probably in the minority with that. I like the recline and the headrest makes a huge difference with that. I know someone with the Ergonomic Pro and her chair feels much more solid than this one, but obviously comes with the higher price tag. It’s fine, nothing more and nothing less
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembling the "multitask" chair was a challenge because it came with the wrong screws. You could still put the chair together, but 4 screw wouldn’t fit properly (pictures attached). Also, the backrest tilts even when you put the lever in the "lock" position, making it impossible to sit upright. This is not what I expected from Branch. I bought a "task" chair back in 2022 and still have it. But this new version, the "multitask," is extremely disappointing. Because of these problems, I had to return the chair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really happy with my multitask chair! I got the graphite and gray color, which looks great in my space. I especially love the white wheels, they don’t scuff up my walls or baseboards. Assembly was easy, I was able to put it together by myself without any issues. The back support is great even without an adjustable lumbar support. The chair is relatively light and easy to move on carpet, and it turns very smoothly. I absolutely love that it reclines! The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the seat cushion fabric. Working from home, I often wear shorts, and the fabric texture isn’t as smooth on bare skin as I’d like. I put a seat cover over it, which easily solves the issue when needed. Overall it’s a fantastic, reliable chair for working from home!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been about a month - The seat pad is the best I've experienced, perfectly balancing support and softness. The seat back tension is excellent, it follows and supports you when you move. The quick adjustment that changes whether the back locks or adjusts is quick and easy. The arm supports are perfect, easy to adjust and nice even without padding. The thing I didn't expect but appreciate so much is how light the chair is overall so it's no effort to push it back with the backs of your legs to get it out of the way when you stand up. Hopefully, despite how light the overall chair is, it will hold up. Message me back in 3 years!
