Well made chair, wish it had more padding in the seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chair after a lot of research as I needed a comfortable chair for my 9 hour work day at my desk. This was a very well made chair and easy to assemble. I like the variability of the adjustments that could be made. My one critique is I wish there was more padding in the back of the seat. There is a lot of padding up from under my thighs, but not a lot in the butt area, where I can feel the hard bottom of the chair.

Very Comfortable - learning curve for adjustments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the upgrade at my desk to the Ergonomic Chair Pro. I bought the seat extender because my desk is unusually high. It's very comfortable. Assembly was very clearly described and organized. Adjustments are a little tricky to figure out but there is a handy card for referal.

Poor quality - Bottom cushion loses all support

After a month (maybe 40-60 hours of total sitting in it the bottom cushion lost all its form and I had to buy a separate pillow on top of it. They replaced the seat, which was very nice and surprising, but even that one bottomed out after a few weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived quickly. Easy to assemble (I put it together by myself in 30 minutes). Substantial weight. Moves nicely. Comfortable seat. Maybe one too many bell/whistle on the arm adjustments for me, but that’s a minor issue. My only real concern is that the seat is a little too low. I have it extended to its highest setting and I wish the seat was a little higher off the floor. I’m 5’ 8”.
