Why did I wait so long to get a new chair for my home office? This one fits my frame well (about 5-5), and it's super adjustable as well.It took about five minutes to set up, and the packaging was easy to manage. I am really pleased with my purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the same desk chair for years and really enjoyed it. Recently, I noticed that I was starting to get lower back and shoulder pain within 30 minutes of sitting down. I recently started a work-from-home job and decided that with me having to sit at my desk for extended periods of time, it was time for an upgrade. I spent a month or so looking at different companies and landed on Branch because of the reasonable price. When it came, I built it immediately and sat down in it as soon as I could. I worked 5 hours straight with no pain! Of course, I made a few adjustments over those 5 hours, but they were easy to make! I would 100% buy this chair again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair was really easy to put together and only took a short time to assemble. It looks great in my office, feels comfortable to sit in for long periods, and I like how adjustable it is. The only downside is that there was some discoloration on the top back portion of the chair when it arrived. It’s not enough for me to return it, but it was noticeable.
Fairly good experience, but there's room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros - instructions were detailed and easy to follow for assembly, parts were well packaged and protected, included pamphlets were useful, the material on the chair is good quality, chair was attractive, "parts kit" for assembly was well thought out. Seat is fairly comfortable. Looks great in my white and light beige home office.Cons - two of the levers (the ones that are supposed to lock the arms) don't work at all - thus, even resting my elbows on the arms often causes them to pop and shift, so I can't really put weight on them. The seat height lever is finicky - sometimes it works, most of the time I have to fiddle with it for several minutes to get my seat to adjust up/down - with or without any weight being put on the seat. The arms themselves aren't sturdy and the controls seem a bit inexpensive. Given the cost of the chair, I don't feel this lived up to what I spent.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Ergonomic Pro Chair for a couple of weeks now. It is a comfortable chair - much more so than my old big box office store chair. I work from home so I am in the chair 8 hours a day. My one complaint is the arm rests. The Ergo chair (higher price than the regular version) has adjustable armrests. Great! Not that great, because they do not stay in place. I had the arm rests on the inner most setting, from a side to side position. Unfortunately, any time I put any pressure on the arm rest, or move in my chair to grab something just out of reach, the arm rest moves to the outer most position. This happens every single time. It seems like the mechanism should be redesigned so the arm rest cannot move as easily. Sure it goes into position quickly, but gets knocked out just as quickly. So now I have arm rests adjusted to the outer most position. That is not where I want them, but it is better than having to readjust them multiple times a day after inadvertently knocking them out of place.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking chair with the back support I need for long hours at my desk. The chair is made of good quality materials that I expect will last for years to come.
