Excellent chair; just one downside so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair has been fantastic! More comfortable and much more adaptable! My only gripe would be that the wheels don't lock. This would be helpful when using an under desk elliptical or if needing to stay stationary.

Not that great

But my biggest complaint is that it does not lean back nearly enough. I thought I would be able to really lean back, but it hardly moves. I have found cheaper chairs that are more comfortable. Also, the arm rests move quite a bit. They jiggle. They seem cheap because they are not solidly attached. I know they are adjustable, but still. I was going to order two and have a matching set, but now I am looking for another kind of chair.

Not for 6 foot tall person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great comfort and adjustment features. A 6-foot person can get the perfect seat height with a cylinder change, but the back is very low. This chair just won't do 6 ft even though it claims the range goes to 6' 2". Buying the head rest will not help. The head rest needs to go slightly higher. It would matter, because my head doesn't touch the head rest unless I look at the ceiling directly above me and then my shoulders push it further back away from my head. I have kept this chair for over a year and I guess it just because I invested in it. Maybe a shorter person can use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate how solid this chair is, the weight surprised me. The base is metal which adds to the solid feel. One thing I wish it had was some kind of mechanism to lock the headrest in place, same with the arm rests. The seat is fairly firm but not overly so, it's very comfortable to me.

Please do not buy this chair. I’ve had it for a few months now and genuinely gave it a fair chance, but it has caused me so much upper back pain. The back support is basically nonexistent, and the way the mesh curves actually pushes my shoulders inward, creating more discomfort than my regular office chair.For the price, there are much better ergonomic chairs out there. The quality also feels incredibly cheap, especially the armrests, which move around freely and never feel secure.Unfortunately, this was an absolute waste of money for me. 0/10.
