Ok, so I have used this chair for a few months. Love it. The build is quality is fantastic, the fabric is great, I got the more rougher looking texture. Such an upgrade and is super comfy. The extended chair riser pillar is a must for anyone. Not sure how it isn’t the standard. Anyway, aside from that the headrest add-on is fantastic, too. Get that for yourself to lean your noodle back. My biggest gripe - the armrest are made of concrete. Not sure who sat in this chair at QC and thought this hard material was great because it is terrible. Elbows get sore and never comfy bc the material is not forgiving at all. I had to resort to putting ugly memory foam covers on it. I don’t like that one bit. Honestly, would that have changed my decision to purchase? ... very possible. Unsure if branch now makes their own arm chair pads, but this chair is severely lacking in that department. Otherwise, I would highly recommend. Superb chair minus the harder than rock armrests. Fix that issue and you have a chair that will be a king in the office. I’ll certainly be back for future chairs. I just wish the arm rests were softer or more forgiving.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s nice and I got the hang of it. Set up wasn’t bad. Feel like you need the extra headrest though. Once I added that it made it 10x better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, and not to be dramatic, but this chair is life changing. After working from home for six years with two different office chairs (one bad, one decent), this upgrade has already made such a massive difference for my back pain. I wish I would have had this years ago. It’s so adjustable. My husband and I both have this chair now.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched this brand for months. I was looking for a chair that was comfortable to sit on but would be helpful for my back. I love the adjustment options. Now that I’m WFH full time — this seat will be my second home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this chair for about a month. It’s comfy, versatile, chic, and at a good price point. Regarding the tall cylinder and headrest that are sold separately: I’m 6’ and the tall cylinder is high enough for me and my desks. The headrest doesn’t have a locking mechanism and will slam down at the slightest pressure. For my height it gives neck support at best, no resting of the head. For the price point, the headrest should be able to lock.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair does the job. My old one was starting to hurt my back so I splurged on an Ergonomic Chair pro (for the color), no headrest. I'm 5'4" and I can adjust it to my size. The difference between my old chair and this one was like night and day. I'm working on my posture and this chair helps put me in the right placement with the right support.I do wish the lumbar support could go just a little higher but it's not a deal breaker. The seat can also feel a little hard when you sit on it too long. Overall, I'm not sure if it's worth this much money (though I did spend extra on the pro for just the color to match my room) but I'm glad I made the purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by the way its packaged for shipment, assembly instructions are fairly easy and the design, just lovely! Since day 1, you can tell the ergonomics are great for working long hours
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ergonomic Chair Pro is exactly what I was looking for. It arrived quickly, had clear instructions, was easy to assemble, and it’s a really supportive chair with the ability to make a ton of different adjustments. Super comfortable, pretty shade of light blue, and fun to spin in to boot!
