I use it for the first time yesterday when it came, but it doesn’t seem like it’s getting thick enough to me the slushy. It’s like the slushy is really thin is there a way to thicken it up maybe I need that ninja one should it be getting thicker what is the problem already? I just got it yesterday.

Used it for the first time today to make margaritas. They finished within 20-30 minutes and were delicious! So far so good.

So far, love it! Everyone that we've made slushies for asked us where we got it.

So far we are not impressed. After following the directions In two separate attempts all we received out of the machine was a cold beverage. The photos are after running the cycle twice.I do not believe it gets cold enough to make slush.

We like it so far and works as designed. Just got to lean the water/ sugar / alcohol ratio.
