Similar to previous phone in operation and size, this is good, teaching elderly people about technology is difficult. Still a challenge with screen recognition of his finger on screen pushes too long or too short. Frustrating to operate sometimes generally because of this issue.

This is a great phone. Reason I gave it 4 stars is because iPhone 14 & up are eSim only. No physical Sims are used anymore. Other than that it's a good phone, so far.
