Water container falls off

The water container fell off three times spilled water everywhere before I even used it the first time I threw it in the trash

Complete charger not included, unable to use.

I am not able to use it at my lake home because the didn't include a usb-a charger. My wife bought this as I love my countertop model at home.
The cabin has a couple usb-c wall plugs for our phones and that is about it. There is no computer or laptop.
It blows my mind that a company can sell a wireless device without a complete charger. I rarely write reviews but this really seems like a value engineering that destroyed product experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!
